This one is so incredibly special to me. Mariana and Michael are crazy adorable I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about this couple. Their love, and respect for one another is truly inspiring. Mariana is an old friend and I was beyond excited that she wanted me to tell the story of such an important day in her life...

I’ve visited Paris a few times as a kid. I say Paris, but really they were family trips to Euro Disney that I remember vividly. Another one was a day trip with my older brother from London taking the tour bus around the famous landmarks. 15 years on, I was ready to revisit this magnificent city with my wife before we welcome our new addition to the family next month. This time around, we really soaked in and immersed ourselves in the Parisian lifestyle. No bus tours, just using the metro and plain walking adventuring across the city was a pleasure every day. From eating in the oldest brasserie, to visiting museums, art galleries, and it mind blowing cathedrals, Paris left us refreshed and inspired. The contrast between the likes of the historical Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur to the contemporary Louis Vuitton Foundation, the busy Champs-Élysées to the calmness of St martins Canal, this isn't just the city of love, it has it all!

I loved this wedding in every way! The ceremony was held in one of the most beautiful churches i have ever seen, high ceilings extend throughout with mind blowing iconography and paintings from top to bottom! The reception followed on a cliff top garden at the Four Seasons Resort overlooking the Red Sea under the moonlight. It was electric from start to finish. There was dancing, a celebrity singer, a performer and brilliant sushi! I am so grateful to have witnessed this amazing day of my long time friends getting married. Everyone had a blast, and so did i!

I cant believe its already been a year since we've been to Greece. We were staying in Crete, but ill save that for another blog post. During our stay in Crete we went for a day trip to the magical Santorini. Exploring the island was a breath off fresh air. Walking through its narrow muses and steps, every turn around a corner was a surprise. Blue domed churches and white washed houses typifies the architectural style, provide stunning scenery against the sea and mountains. Whilst having lunch in the beautiful Oia, from the distance i noticed not one but three asian wedding couples having photoshoots! I couldn't help but take a few photos myself. It turns out that its actually a cultural thing and quite the norm for couples to fly out for a destination shoot in full wedding suit and dress prior to their big day. Because the couples were engaged directly with their photographers, i was able to pull off shots from various perspectives which proved to be quite powerful! This has really inspired me to take on destination wedding photography and see where my camera can take me. Santorini, ill be back!
